VDP de l’Aude Le Sanglier de la Montagne Carignan is a soft, fruity red wine with a hint of spice and is made from the Carignan grape variety. Bright ruby in colour with a nose of garrigue and red fruits. A supple, fruity wine. Serve at room temperature.

VDP de l’Aude Le Sanglier de la Montagne Grenach Blanc is an enjoyable crisp, dry white wine and is made from the Grenache Blanc grape variety. A crisp, dry wine with a light fresh and lively palate. Notes of apple and exotic fruits. Serve chilled.

Mont Tauch has 300 growers, each one passionate about the quality of the grapes they grow, each one with their individual character and stories to tell. For most of them, the vineyards have been in the family for generations.
