NATIONWIDE DELIVERY All mail order gifts are packaged in strong, approved outers and sent via carriers with full insurance. All deliveries are controlled by a computerized tracking system and have to be signed for at the recipient’s address. Our standard carrier service is 48 hours and is charged at a price of £6.95 + Vat, however for a small additional cost we can provide a next day delivery within the UK mainland. Northern Ireland, & offshore islands (not Channel Isles or overseas) are surcharged by £8.50 + Vat. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 NoonPlease Note: Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday – We do not make deliveries on Saturday or Sunday, except by special arrangement.(See also the section below on Christmas delveries.)Please make sure all addresses are accurate and include the postal town and postal code, together with the recipients telephone number. This enables us and the carriers to speedily and accurately deliver your gifts. Inaccurate addresses may incur extra delivery charges to yourself, and an inevitable delay. Our guarantee is limited to delivering to the building, not individual recipients.

BULK DELIVERY If you are sending more than one parcel to the same address then our bulk delivery discounts will save you money. Contact us for a quotation. Large orders to one address may be delivered by our own transport to the location and date specified by yourselves.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY Sending gifts to other countries and the Channel Isles is now much easier. However different countries apply different regulations to the import of wines and foods, so we recommend you phone us regarding any restrictions and delivery costs. Tel: 07511 609786.

Due to the Bioterrorism Act of 12th.December 2003, we can no longer send gifts to the USA.

COLLECTION Gifts may be collected personally. Please telephone or fax your requirements in advance to book in your collection time.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS To be certain your Christmas gifts arrive in good time for the holiday, your orders should reach us by:

16th December for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

10th dec for Eire and Europe.

15th November for the rest of the world.

Christmas deliveries take place between working hours on 2nd to 23rd December.

We are unable to guarantee a specific time or day of delivery unless it has been accepted and agreed in writing with the Directors before 7th December. Recipients who are unable to accept and sign for their parcel will be left a card to telephone our carrier to agree a suitable time for delivery/collection.

If you are ordering a gift for delivery to a business address, please ensure that you check when they close for Christmas to ensure we agree with you the best date to send the gift off in good time.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE Delivery services have significantly improved in recent years, so in the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, your gifts are fully insured and we will replace the damaged contents or gift immediately free of charge providing the following:

1. The goods are signed for upon receipt as either ‘damaged’ or ‘unexamined’

2. The carrier and ourselves are informed at once and it is confirmed by the recipient to us in writing within three days of delivery quoting reference number on the parcel.

3. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required that they be returned to us before replacement or refund.

4. We regret that claims cannot be accepted if over seven days from date of despatch.

Returned goods must clearly show the full name and address of the sender.

Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.
