PASO DEL SOL CHARDONNAY
A fine medium bodied estate bottled Chardonnay from the Central Valley in Chile. Pale straw yellow in colour with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, green apple, melon, topped with a creamy smooth finish.
PASO DEL SOL MERLOT
Dark cherry-red colour, vibrant nose, spicy ripe warm climate red fruit, berries, eucalyptus and minty nose, lightly oaked. Good initial palate, well rounded on the mid palate with classic notes of ripe plum and blackcurrant flavors. Medium bodied, flavorsome with good length and soft elegant finish.
PASO DEL SOL CABERNET SAUVIGNON SHIRAZ ROSE
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes, this wine is from the Central Valley vineyards. It is a crisp and refreshing strawberry coloured wine packed with succulant ripe, juicy red berry fruit flavours.
